Return & Cancellation Policy
Abhi Charitable Foundation does not normally accept return or cancellation requests as per our internal policy.
However, if a donation is made twice by mistake, a return request may be considered. To initiate such a request, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date.
Cancellation: Cancellation requests will only be processed if the donation has not yet been successfully processed from our side.
Refund Policy
At Abhi Charitable Foundation, refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate transactions Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment source within 7 business days.
To request a refund, please contact us at vidya.pathak@abhicharitable.com with your donation details, including the transaction ID and reason for the request.
